The Boise Angel Alliance Brings value to Investors and Businesses in Idaho by providing access to Expertise and Capital in a Rewarding and Meaningful Environment.

The Alliance exists to foster angel investing in Idaho by linking investors seeking to invest in high growth potential early stage Idaho companies with entrepreneurs seeking investment capital

The Boise Angel Fund is a sub-group of the Alliance with dedicated capital for investing in high potential Idaho companies. The Fund leads all deals considered by the Boise Angel Alliance and invests upon a vote of the members of the Fund. Members of the Alliance may invest side-by-side with the Fund under the same terms.

The Boise Angel Fund is a member of the RAIN Fund Network. The RAIN Fund Network is a multi-state network of 23 RAIN funds that work with angel investors interested in supporting growing companies. RAIN Source Capital operates the RAIN funds bringing together like-minded angel investors to form individual RAIN funds, then provides these funds with a legal framework, templates, investment and due diligence processes, access to deal flow and investment capital. The RAIN Fund network has funds operating in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, South Dakota, Montana and Idaho.

The Boise Angel Alliance is also a charter member of the Angel Capital Association ( ACA)and a member of the NW Chapter of the Angel Capital Association.

Access to the RAIN Fund Network and the NW Chapter of the ACA gives the Boise Angel Alliance the potential to share our deals with our partner funds as well as participate in their deals.
